FABRICATION
Our state of the art fabrication facility sits on 3 acres just south of Los Angeles, close to the 110, 91 and 405 interchange. With 40,000 sq ft of crane bay space, we have the capacity to fabricate up to 350 tons of steel per week, including structural and miscellaneous steel. We believe that investing heavily in modern equipment, such as shears, brakes, beam line, cambering machines, etc., we limit our use of subcontractors, which allows more control of our schedule. It also allows us to utilize CNC files for our detailing of shop drawings. By creating files in CNC format, we can down load drawings directly to our beam line, allowing for faster and more accurate fabrication.
Anvil fabricates structural steel for jobs ranging from 1 ton to 3,000 tons of steel using two separate crane bays.
