FABRICATION
Our state of the art fabrication facility sits on 4 acres just south of Los Angeles, close to the 110, 91 and 405 interchange. With 40,000 sq ft of crane bay space, we have the capacity to fabricate up to 350 tons of steel per week, including structural and miscellaneous steel. We keep control of our schedule by limiting subcontracting to suppliers. By investing heavily in modern equipment, such as hydraulic shears and brakes, CNC plasma tables, beam line, and our own cambering machines, we do not have to rely on the schedules of subcontractors. We utilize AutoCAD and TEKLA files for detailing shop drawings. By creating files in CNC format, we can down load drawings directly to our beam line, allowing for faster and more accurate fabrication.
Anvil fabricates structural steel for jobs ranging from 1 ton to 3,000 tons of steel using two separate crane bays.
