Our commercial crane bay is 24,000 sq. ft. under 4 bridges, with the capability of fabricating steel that includes heavy repetition. Detailed shop drawings are done in CNC format using AutoCad and TEKLA, to allow for digital downloading of the drawings into our beam line for automated fabrication. By automating our fabrication process, we reduce human error and increase productivity nearly 200 percent!
Our average job size is 400 to 600 tons, with many jobs exceeding 2,000 tons.
Our beam line eliminates fabrication errors and increase production 200%. Bolted moment connections are inexpensive due to the time savings from using our drill line.
